What you will do

  • Define operational frameworks to ensure sold revenue is delivered efficiently across all customer offerings.
  • Own metrics for campaign health, budget utilization, and margin performance, implementing early warning systems.
  • Manage the end-to-end Sales-to-Services handoff process and build pipeline-to-capacity forecasting models.
  • Design and document scalable workflows to identify and remove friction in customer operations.
  • Maintain Salesforce data architecture to ensure visibility into customer and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Services, Client Success, Sales, and Finance leadership to align shared metrics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or Customer Operations within SaaS or professional services.
  • Strong command of Salesforce, including reporting, workflow design, and data modeling.
  • Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or resource modeling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and influencing stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Experience in the creator economy or marketing industry.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Teamwork.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Domo.
