Customer Success Manager

Location: Must be based in the UK, US, Canada, or Australia

hirify.global is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company developing cutting-edge marketing technology that is changing how leading businesses analyse and optimise the performance of their online marketing campaigns in a cookieless world.

Overview

You will own the success of blue-chip customers using hirify.global's Conversion Modelling Platform to improve digital marketing. This involves managing the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure clients achieve higher ROAS and lower CPA from advertising channels like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

What you will do

• Own the success of assigned portfolio customers.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and support.
• Advise customers on using hirify.global technology to improve ROAS and lower CPA.
• Monitor customer results and satisfaction to ensure contract renewals.
• Ensure clients are happy and provide positive testimonials.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads.
• Client-facing experience in MarTech/AdTech is preferable.
• English: C1-C2 level
