What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of around 50 accounts, developing a deep understanding of their ecosystem, strategy, and goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews, presenting data and narratives demonstrating how hirify.global is achieving the customer's desired outcomes.
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring the process aligns with the customer's goals and setting them up for success.
- Drive product adoption by strategically positioning hirify.global products to the right stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Collaborate with account executives to identify growth potential and create a robust pipeline of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Advocate for customers by collaborating with various hirify.global teams to address their needs effectively.
Requirements
- Relevant experience managing client relationships at senior levels.
- 3+ years of customer success experience, ideally with a focus on retention.
- 1+ years of sales/account management experience, ideally with a focus on renewals and upsell/cross-sell.
- Experience with APIs and a comfort level in working with customers who integrate solutions into their products.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in the Software/SaaS industry is preferred.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French would also be beneficial.
