Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

Senior Customer Success Manager (AI): Building and deepening customer relationships for an AI language platform with an accent on driving product adoption, retention, and growth. Focus on positioning as a strategic partner, educating customers on API usage, and identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
Location: Hybrid in London, Berlin, or Cologne

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 accounts, focusing on retention and growth.
- Develop long-term relationships and position as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders.
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
- Drive product adoption by strategically positioning products and educating on API usage.
- Collaborate with teams (Support, Finance, Legal) to advocate for and troubleshoot customer inquiries.
- Identify growth potential and achieve quarterly adoption, retention, and advocacy targets.
Requirements
- Relevant experience managing client relationships at senior levels.
- 3+ years of customer success experience, with a focus on retention.
- 1+ years of sales/account management experience, with a focus on renewals and upsell/cross-sell.
- Experience with APIs and comfortable integrating solutions.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Experience in the Software/SaaS industry is preferred.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French.
