What you will do

  • Execute retailer strategy and manage partnership KPIs, tracking day-to-day revenue performance.
  • Leverage reporting tools to generate actionable insights and support data/reporting access for retailers.
  • Own Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and coordinate internal stakeholders for performance and opportunity narratives.
  • Support go-to-market execution, revenue estimations, forecasting, and new retailer onboarding.
  • Activate and scale Sponsored Products, Onsite Display, and Offsite solutions, collaborating with Demand teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for billing queries, invoice sharing, and tracking payment status.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or partnerships within retail media, ad tech, or digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
