What you will do
- Execute retailer strategy and manage partnership KPIs, tracking day-to-day revenue performance.
- Leverage reporting tools to generate actionable insights and support data/reporting access for retailers.
- Own Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and coordinate internal stakeholders for performance and opportunity narratives.
- Support go-to-market execution, revenue estimations, forecasting, and new retailer onboarding.
- Activate and scale Sponsored Products, Onsite Display, and Offsite solutions, collaborating with Demand teams.
- Act as a point of contact for billing queries, invoice sharing, and tracking payment status.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, or partnerships within retail media, ad tech, or digital advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
