TL;DR

Scaled Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a diverse portfolio of Enterprise accounts to drive product adoption, value realization, and retention with an accent on onboarding, AI adoption, and executive business reviews. Focus on enabling customers to achieve business objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating revenue risk through structured engagements.

Location: Hybrid position based in London with the expectation of 3 days a week in office. The role focuses on EMEA accounts.

What you will do

  • Deliver high-impact, time-based engagements across onboarding, adoption, and value stages for a large volume of Enterprise customers.
  • Ensure successful customer onboarding, drive hirify.global AI adoption through workshops, and conduct executive business reviews to quantify value.
  • Monitor customer health, identify growth opportunities, and protect revenue by mitigating risks and re-engaging at-risk accounts.
  • Act as a teacher, empowering customers to successfully launch and capture value from hirify.global and leverage self-serve resources.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally by translating usage and feedback into actionable product insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct client management experience, ideally in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Education role within the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Track record of delivering value to customers and managing them through onboarding and training, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Ability to distill technical or intricate systems into understandable and actionable insights, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and creative problem solver.
  • Team player, an effective collaborator, and a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • French and German language skills.
