Value Stream Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead operations leaders and technicians across the Hydraulic Assembly & Test value stream.
• Own value stream operations and the Value Stream Improvement Plan, providing customer support when required.
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and financial performance.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement, team problem-solving, standard work, and visual management.
• Plan capacity and resources to achieve operational goals.
• Coach team members and provide regular performance feedback and development support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of related operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of management experience with direct reports.
• Experience implementing lean production, process improvement tools, Kaizen, and learning management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Must work onsite in Buffalo or East Aurora, New York; the role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
