What you will do

• Lead and develop the Quality Department, including the supervision of Quality Technicians.
• Maintain and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 13485, AS9100, and specific customer quality requirements.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external quality audits.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to drive continuous improvement using quality metrics and data analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of technical and management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience working with ISO-certified quality systems.
• Strong proficiency in GD&T, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with SPC, process capability studies, statistics, and quality analysis tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field preferred.

• French language proficiency or a strong interest in learning the language.
