What you will do

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategy across machining, assembly, testing, planning, order management, and facilities to support growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead facility expansion ramp-up and machining capability activation by building people, processes, and quality systems for sustainable growth.
• Partner with Engineering to develop scalable manufacturing solutions and drive execution through standardized processes and operational discipline.
• Own production planning, scheduling, and order-to-shipment execution to ensure readiness, on-time delivery, and customer outcomes.
• Drive performance management and continuous improvement across delivery, schedule adherence, cost, productivity, quality, and safety using operational metrics.
• Lead and develop supervisors, engineers, planners, team leads, and operations personnel; advance Lean practices (5S, Kaizen, standard work, waste reduction) and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership in a precision or engineered-to-order environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven leadership of CNC machining operations (turning, milling, and mill-turn processes).
• Experience leading manufacturing engineering, planning/scheduling, and facilities functions.
• Demonstrated success improving safety, delivery, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety compliance.
