Salary: $155,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Lead site-level deployment of the Beehive Production System and lean roadmap.
• Provide leadership and technical direction to site Industrial Engineers.
• Facilitate kaizen events focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and flow.
• Partner with site leadership to define improvement priorities and performance targets.
• Establish and improve daily management systems, including tier boards and visual controls.
• Coach teams on structured problem-solving tools like A3, 5 Why, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in lean manufacturing, operations excellence, or industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading kaizen events and deploying lean tools.
• Strong facilitation and change management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and spend time on the shop floor.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or complex hardware manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with AS9100 or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP, MES, or manufacturing data systems.
