What you will do

• Lead the planning, organization, and staffing of transportation projects, including roadway improvements and regional planning.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while directing subordinate staff and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Prepare technical proposals and serve as the primary point of contact for client project managers and directors.
• Perform lead technical reviews for complex projects, including the design of plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior project managers and engineers to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery involving clients, public agencies, and subconsultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 9+ years of diversified engineering experience in infrastructure (roadway projects).
• At least 7 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
