What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for the public website and digital experience.
• Lead the selection and implementation of content infrastructure, including CMS, AI content tooling, and page-building workflows.
• Build an AI-first operating model to accelerate content creation, testing, and compliance sign-off.
• Optimize website structure, navigation, and usability for better SEO and GEO performance.
• Improve the customer journey from the first website visit through to sign-up.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Design, and Engineering to prioritize high-impact opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product, or Growth Product roles.
• Proven track record of owning a public website, CMS, or conversion funnel.
• Experience working with engineers and designers to ship customer-facing digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of funnel analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with headless CMS, AI content tooling, and technical SEO.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office (Hybrid: 1-2 days/week).
