What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI-native product experiences across the platform.
• Collaborate with AI engineers as a technical peer to navigate model capabilities and constraints.
• Rapidly prototype and ship iterative versions to validate and learn from users.
• Develop resourceful and creative paths to achieve product outcomes when faced with obstacles.
• Balance experimentation speed with the strict regulatory requirements of the fintech industry.
• Create and defend the commercial case for AI features based on business metrics and customer value.

Requirements

• Proven PM experience at Principal or Lead level.
• Direct professional exposure to AI/ML-powered products.
• Technical fluency to discuss feasibility and constraints with AI engineers.
• Entrepreneurial experience building products from ambiguity.
• Strong systems thinking to move between high-level strategy and implementation details.
• Must be based in Spain, UK, Portugal, Netherlands, Greece, or Germany.
