What you will do

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of benefit programs across a portfolio of AP markets to ensure competitiveness and alignment with people strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and employees, providing expert guidance on complex benefits matters and presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including procurement, contracting, performance management, and renewal negotiations.
• Analyze utilization trends, claims experience, and market benchmarks to identify opportunities for program improvement.
• Ensure benefit programs meet all regulatory requirements across assigned markets and maintain accurate compliance documentation.
• Contribute to regional initiatives, including Workday system enhancements and the integration of AI and data tools for scalable working.

Requirements

• 8+ years of benefits experience with direct, hands-on exposure to multiple Asia Pacific (AP) markets.
• Strong analytical capability, including building cost models and interpreting claims and utilization data.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from employees to senior leadership.
• Hands-on proficiency with Workday or similar benefits administration platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; GRP certification is a plus.
• Ability to work from the Singapore office at least 3 days per week.
