Benefits Consultant

Location: Singapore; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of benefits programs across assigned Asia Pacific markets.
• Advise HRBPs, employees, business leaders, and People leadership on complex benefits matters and program performance.
• Manage benefits vendors end to end, including procurement, contracting, service levels, invoices, performance, and renewals.
• Analyze utilization trends, claims experience, and market benchmarks to develop data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, audit readiness, accurate records, employee handbooks, and plan materials.
• Support new market implementations, program redesigns, Workday enhancements, and process improvements using AI and data tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of benefits experience with hands-on exposure to multiple Asia Pacific markets.
• Strong analytical skills, including cost modeling and interpretation of claims and utilization data.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from employees to senior business and HR leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Hands-on Workday experience; familiarity with benefits administration platforms is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience in both advisory or consulting and in-house environments.
• GRP or equivalent certification.
