HR Services Manager (HR)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for workers and client stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Provide HR, benefits, employment law, and employee relations guidance to global clients and workers.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation while tracking probation periods, renewals, and other key dates.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, legal, immigration, and other vendors on payroll processing, statutory filings, and work permits.
• Lead HR initiatives involving employee transitions, organizational changes, terminations, and process improvements.
• Generate reports, support audits and due diligence, maintain employee records, and mitigate legal and operational risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR management or HR business partnering, preferably in an international or Employer of Record context.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance.
• Experience with global HRIS platforms and HR tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is required.
