HRIS & HR Operations Lead (AI): Owning HiBob, people data, and employee lifecycle operations for a global financial technology organization with an accent on data governance, compliance, reporting, and process automation. What you will do
- Own HiBob administration, configuration, permissions, integrations, and people-data accuracy.
- Maintain data governance through validation, audits, reporting, dashboards, documentation, and employee records.
- Manage HR operations and system workflows across onboarding, termination, maternity leave, payroll data reviews, and the full employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal on secure, compliant, and scalable HR processes.
- Manage HR vendors and external partners, including GoGlobal and Polyglot.
- Improve HR processes through analytics, AI tools, automation, benchmarking, role leveling, compensation reviews, and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in HRIS or people analytics within a global organization.
- Advanced proficiency in HiBob system administration and configuration.
- Experience owning HRIS, people data, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and agentic workflows for improving HR processes.
- High proficiency in Excel and experience with BI or reporting tools.
- Fluent English, strong attention to detail, independent execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
