Principal, Rewards Advisory

Location: Singapore office with hybrid work; at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery and commercial ownership of multiple complex client accounts across industries.
• Advise clients and stakeholders by translating business strategy into compensation and total rewards solutions.
• Design and oversee job evaluation frameworks, salary structures, STI/LTI architecture, sales incentive plans, merit and promotion frameworks, and governance models.
• Lead executive compensation engagements covering benchmarking, incentive design and valuation, pay-for-performance frameworks, and KPI target setting.
• Manage project governance, risks, change control, quality standards, and client presentations.
• Lead business development, proposals, commercial negotiations, client expansion, external events, and market insights.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in total rewards or compensation consulting, or relevant in-house leadership, including broad-based and executive compensation.
• Experience managing and growing a P&L or revenue portfolio, winning clients, and expanding engagements.
• Deep knowledge of job evaluation, salary structures, STI/LTI design, executive compensation, and relevant regulatory, tax, and governance considerations.
• Strong client presence and influencing skills, with experience advising senior executives and boards.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, people leadership, and talent development skills.
• Commercially minded, target-driven, resilient, and adaptable to client and market change.
