Ataccama MDM Architect (Ataccama)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio; day-one onsite presence with a hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: $99,712–$168,716 gross annual base salary, excluding potential bonuses and other compensation.

What you will do

• Define and implement enterprise MDM strategy using Ataccama ONE across customer, product, vendor, employee, and reference-data domains.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical master data models, reference architectures, and modernization roadmaps.
• Configure Ataccama data models, matching and survivorship rules, workflows, hierarchies, reference data, stewardship processes, and data-quality monitoring.
• Design integrations with cloud and on-premises systems, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics, warehouses, lakes, APIs, and streaming platforms.
• Establish data governance, ownership, stewardship, business glossaries, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance practices.
• Lead requirements workshops, data discovery, stakeholder alignment, platform upgrades, performance tuning, and scalability planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, data management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in data management, data architecture, or MDM, including 3 years of hands-on Ataccama ONE experience.
• Enterprise-scale MDM implementation experience and strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, and reference data management.
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, API integration, and cloud data platforms.
• Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati from day one within the required hybrid arrangement.
