What you will do

• Control and support the Asset & Wealth Management division while ensuring compliance with firm policies and global financial market regulations.
• Review monthly and quarterly valuations and NAVs for private equity and hedge funds.
• Review year-end financial statements and perform related fund accounting activities.
• Support fund launches and liquidations.
• Prepare corporate, regulatory, and management reporting for funds.
• Coordinate with business teams, product services, operations, IT, trading divisions, fund administrators, and auditors.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge and basic knowledge of financial statement preparation and review.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; experience coordinating with Big Four accounting firms during audit cycles is desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• CA qualification and experience in alternative investments, private funds, or process management.
• Accounting knowledge of financial products such as interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, and currency options.
