What you will do

• Oversee third-party administrators to ensure accurate quarterly valuations and general ledger entries.
• Review fund expenses, accruals, and investor allocations to confirm alignment with partnership agreements.
• Approve quarterly management fee and trailer calculations.
• Coordinate investor capital calls and distributions with third-party administrators.
• Reconcile accounting data and resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review annual fund financial statements prepared in accordance with US GAAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 6-10+ years of financial services or asset management accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and alternative investment fund administration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work from the Salt Lake City office Monday through Thursday.
