What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineers and technical roles from intake to close.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast headcount needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and technical communities.
- Utilize LLMs like Claude to automate sourcing tasks and improve communication efficiency.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with transparent expectations and fast feedback loops.
- Leverage data and industry insights to optimize recruiting processes and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house or agency.
- 5+ years of experience sourcing technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools.
- Proven track record of building pipelines for senior to staff-level engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude) into recruiting workflows.
- Ability to act as a trusted partner to leadership with data-backed recommendations.
