Recruiter / Senior Recruiter: Own end-to-end recruiting and active sourcing across insurance sales, customer service, and other departments with an accent on full-cycle process design, data-driven improvements, and partnering with hiring leaders. Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States (hybrid; commute to the office in the Brewery District)

Salary: $60,000-95,000 base (based on experience)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct active sourcing using social recruiting strategies and your professional network.
• Develop and execute long-term hiring strategies for supported business units.
• Use recruiting data to improve candidate approach and hiring outcomes.
• Partner with hiring leaders and executives to recruit, assess, and hire talent across departments.

Requirements

• 1-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with sales recruiting experience.
• Experience shaping assessment and interview processes with hiring leaders.
• Experience executing active sourcing strategies across multiple channels (including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed).
• Ability to recruit for multiple departments and seniority levels, including sales and customer service.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and HRIS (BambooHR preferred).
• Located in Columbus, Ohio and able to commute to the Brewery District office for a hybrid schedule. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future; no sponsorship.
