Research Collaboration Study Manager (Pharma)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: Minimum annual gross base salary of 165,750 PLN; annual bonus of 15%.

What you will do

• Manage assigned research collaboration studies from startup through closure, ensuring timely delivery of operational milestones.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with external collaborators, principal investigators, research organizations, networks, agencies, alliance partners, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain timelines, milestone plans, action logs, risk mitigation plans, study records, and operational documentation.
• Support study budgets, forecasting, fair market value assessments, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate agreements, amendments, contractual deliverables, due diligence, and operational review with Legal and other hirify.global stakeholders.
• Lead study meetings, track decisions and actions, manage deliverables, and support termination, closure, or transition activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience coordinating study operations, timelines, documentation, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Previous experience working in a global environment and multidisciplinary matrix teams.
• Fluent English required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, follow-through, issue escalation, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or advanced education and training.
• Experience managing change in a multidisciplinary matrix environment.
• Experience with interventional research collaborations, particularly European or APAC studies.
