Salary: $224,460 – $336,300 per annum

What you will do

• Partner with the EVP to formulate and execute the Data Center Networking strategy in line with corporate goals.
• Lead organizational operating cadence, including strategic priorities, product roadmaps, and investment plans.
• Own the business operating model, managing budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and KPI management.
• Prepare executive-level communications, board materials, and strategic reviews for senior leadership.
• Drive high-impact cross-functional programs across Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and Sales.
• Establish governance mechanisms and data-driven reporting to accelerate execution and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in business operations, strategic planning, or executive-level roles.
• Proven success within large-scale semiconductor, networking, cloud infrastructure, or AI industries.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders in highly matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information per U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Prior formal experience as a Chief of Staff or Head of Business Operations supporting C-suite executives.
• Technical fluency in semiconductor technology, switching architectures, AI platforms, or optical networking.
