AVP, Chief of Staff & Business Operations, Data Center Networking Groups

Location: Fully onsite at hirify.global's headquarters in Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $224,460–$336,300 per annum

What you will do

• Partner with the EVP of Data Center Networking as a strategic advisor and execution leader.
• Lead strategic planning cycles, operating cadences, governance frameworks, KPI management, and executive business reviews.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, investment prioritization, and organizational performance processes with Finance leadership.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and HR.
• Prepare executive communications, board materials, strategic reviews, presentations, and customer-engagement briefings.
• Identify execution risks and bottlenecks, improve operating processes, and drive accountability for measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in business operations, program management, product management, engineering leadership, strategic planning, management consulting, or related executive-level roles.
• Experience in large-scale semiconductor, networking, cloud infrastructure, AI, enterprise technology, or related industries.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading complex cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen, with exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the Santa Clara headquarters.

Nice to have

• MBA, master's degree, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Formal experience as a Chief of Staff, Head of Business Operations, or equivalent executive-support role.
• Experience with semiconductor technology, networking systems, switching architectures, cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, optical networking, or high-performance computing.
• Technical fluency for engaging with engineering and product leadership teams.
