Business Director

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead key client relationships across one or more client brands.
• Develop deep knowledge of client organizations and brands, identifying opportunities and aligning business needs with hirify.global’s capabilities.
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Design, Naming, Research, and Brand Engagement functions.
• Steer project teams to deliver work on time, on budget, and within scope.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience successfully leading client projects within a brand or design agency.
• Confident communication skills for working with clients at all levels.
• Solutions-driven, curious, and innovative approach.
• Strategic and intellectual agility, with the ability to connect information and recommend clear next steps.
