What you will do

• Own and support tools, SaaS platforms, and developer hardware used by engineering teams.
• Provide real-time support through a rotating engineering support channel and manage issues through resolution.
• Identify support gaps and collaborate with engineering and IT partners on workflow and tooling improvements.
• Administer MacOS, Windows, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, GitHub, Intune, Jamf, and related endpoint environments.
• Maintain system security, updates, monitoring, audit logging, backup systems, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Deep experience with MacOS, Windows, and Linux systems administration.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Experience supporting developer tools, GitHub, and SaaS tooling.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting.
• Understanding of networking, storage, security, access provisioning, and permission models.
• Ability to work within the hybrid setup in San Mateo, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting internal developer tools, developer productivity, or IT enablement teams.
• Experience with vSphere, AWS, storage systems, backup platforms, and virtualization.
