Location: Required to be performed full-time from the hirify.global designated worksite in Glendale, California

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly

What you will do

• Provide world-class support for day-to-day studio operations and technology initiatives.
• Build, install, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux, OSX, and Windows desktops and laptops.
• Collaborate with System Engineers and Architects on infrastructure upgrades and projects.
• Create new tools to automate processes and increase departmental efficiencies.
• Manage software license installations and user account administration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for end-user support incidents via Jira and deskside visits.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience supporting UNIX/Linux and/or Windows in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with SSH, rsync, Active Directory, Group Policies, and File Sharing.
• Knowledge of common scripting languages such as Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Perl.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN configuration and concepts.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in Glendale, California (On-site)

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Gmail and Google Suite.
