IT Support Engineer

Salary: $106,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily help desk requests and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and deploy new user workstations including macOS, Windows, and Linux systems.
• Administer Okta for user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and group management.
• Manage Google Workspace accounts, shared drives, and organizational policies.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support conference room A/V equipment.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible for export control authorization (ITAR/EAR compliance).
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Okta or similar identity providers.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows endpoints in a corporate environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM solutions like Jamf, Kandji, or Intune.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS) or infrastructure-as-code tools.
