Support Services Engineer

TL;DR

Support Services Engineer (IT Infrastructure): Providing high-touch technical support and white-glove service to senior leadership and staff with an accent on end-user device management and system troubleshooting. Focus on deploying and maintaining hardware/software images, managing Intune/SCCM, and resolving complex technical incidents.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Denver, CO (minimum 3 days per week in office).

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 base plus discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, in-person, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Active Directory, Intune, and SCCM.
• Manage laptop setup, deployment, and maintenance using standard hardware images and software packages.
• Support key business applications including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Box, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Configure and maintain Zoom Rooms and peripheral devices like printers and scanners.
• Manage the Help Desk ticket queue in ServiceNow, owning incidents from start to resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent working experience.
• 3+ years of desktop support experience with macOS, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and SCCM in a managed enterprise environment.
• Experience working within a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.
• Ability to travel overnight within the United States up to 25%.
• Flexibility to participate in an after-hours on-call support rotation.
