What you will do

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using customer pipeline data, market trends, and historical usage.
• Align infrastructure capacity planning with sales projections and enterprise project requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Datacenter Operations teams.
• Analyze compute, storage, and networking demand to identify supply gaps and deployment bottlenecks.
• Track forecast accuracy, utilization, demand variances, and key performance metrics through dashboards and reporting.
• Improve demand planning workflows and provide leadership with insights into trends, risks, and capacity constraints.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or capacity planning.
• Experience in cloud, data center, or IT infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with forecasting models and data visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
• Experience with demand planning or supply chain management software.
• Familiarity with scalable cloud infrastructure components, including compute, storage, and networking.
