Demand Planner (North America)

Location: South Jordan, UT, USA — in-office at least 4-5 days per week. Not eligible for relocation assistance. If seeking a fully remote role, this is not a fit.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts across products, channels, customers, and regions.
• Support the S&OP process, highlighting forecast changes, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to incorporate business intelligence into demand plans.
• Monitor inventory and demand signals to flag supply constraints, out-of-stock risks, and excess inventory.
• Use Excel, data-visualization tools, and AI-enabled tools to analyze forecasts and build repeatable planning-review tools.
• Support new product launches, product transitions, and end-of-life planning with accurate forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an analytical discipline (Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, etc.).
• Background in Demand Planning, Corporate Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools for data analysis, forecast review, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Data visualization experience (Tableau, Domo, Qlik).
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems.
