Demand Planning Lead (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid role based at an hirify.global site in the United States; primary location Folsom, California, with additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona; Santa Clara, California; and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Annual salary: $107,990–$214,440 USD.

What you will do

• Analyze supply chain health, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across multiple programs.
• Design and implement methods for managing and analyzing supply chain data with advanced tools and systems.
• Develop, test, and present recommendations for process optimization and operational reliability.
• Perform forecasting, constraint analysis, and inventory management to align indicators with strategic targets.
• Manage strategic purchasing activities, including risk buys and inventory reconciliation for supply assurance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to validate solutions, remove blockers, and assess emerging supply chain technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of hands-on supply chain analysis experience, or a master's degree with 4+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years.
• Proficiency with supply chain analytics tools and software.
• Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and constraint analysis.
• Familiarity with data management methodologies and systems.
• Ability to develop and implement tested recommendations for process optimization.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with on-site time at an assigned hirify.global site in the United States.
