Demand Planner

What you will do

• Maintain accurate production, sales, and inventory plans to support customer expectations and inventory targets.
• Define inventory needs, factory orders, purchasing requirements, and receiving priorities.
• Analyze supply chain data and maintain financial forecasts, inventory projections, and service-performance reports.
• Coordinate with sales, product development, factories, purchasing, distribution, and customers to align forecasts and shipment expectations.
• Report supply chain failures and opportunities, document root causes and corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
• Address customer emergencies and assist with customer compliance disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Statistical, analytical, and mathematical aptitude.
