Sr. Program Manager

Location: Fully site-based in Houston, Texas, United States; relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between customers and hirify.global, representing customer interests and ensuring delivery against agreed expectations.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver program scope, quality, and operational objectives.
• Manage program finances, including forecasting, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Establish project governance, manage stakeholders, and drive issue and conflict resolution.
• Track timelines, risks, issues, KPIs, and deliverables in Planview while maintaining data integrity.
• Develop project management best practices, coach colleagues, and promote lessons learned across the site and network.

Requirements

• Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders and team members without direct authority in a matrix environment.
• Strong planning, organization, delegation, and accountability-management skills.
• Ability to identify, assess, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Agile leadership and communication skills adaptable to different stakeholders and situations.
• Experience with project governance, portfolio KPIs, financial management, and project management systems such as Planview.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Houston, Texas.
