Sr. Program Manager (Biotech Manufacturing)

Location: Fully site-based in Houston, Texas, United States. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Act as the interface between customers and hirify.global, representing customer interests and ensuring delivery against agreed expectations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage program scope, quality, timelines, governance, and operational execution.
• Manage program finances, including forecasting, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Track project plans, risks, issues, deliverables, and data integrity in Planview.
• Lead portfolio-level delivery, KPI definition, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across the site and network.
• Coach, motivate, and develop project team members while promoting accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience with matrix management and the ability to influence individuals without direct authority.
• Strong project planning, organization, delegation, and accountability skills in a changing environment.
• Ability to identify, assess, mitigate, and resolve project risks, issues, and conflicts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, situational leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage strategic portfolios, project governance, KPIs, and customer-facing delivery.
• Ability and willingness to work fully site-based in Houston, Texas, United States.
