Program Manager (Surveillance Products)

Location: On-site in Farmingdale, New York, United States. Occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $76,537–$127,562 annually, with a potential annual or quarterly bonus.

What you will do

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of aftermarket and sustainment programs for surveillance products.
• Maintain project schedules, work plans, estimates, resource plans, status reports, and program documentation.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, risks, opportunities, deliverables, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare customer status updates, support meetings, resolve issues, and maintain program relationships.
• Support proposals, product transitions into production, warranty activities, financial tracking, and forecasting.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Typically 2+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with little to no prior experience.
• Organizational, analytical, communication, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
