Senior Program Manager, NPI

Location: Hybrid position based in Newark, Delaware, United States

Salary: $119,300–$186,600 annualized base salary, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Represent Operations on NPI core teams and serve as the primary contact for Operations activities.
• Lead complex new product introduction and manufacturing transfer projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, budgets, execution strategies, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, escalations, stakeholder communication, and Steering Committee meetings.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective interfaces and interdependencies across functions.
• Track KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, milestones, documentation, quality targets, and phase-gate compliance.

Requirements

• College degree required; a bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant project management experience with a non-technical degree, or 6+ years with a technical bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with NPI, manufacturing transfer, or complex technical projects is preferred.
• Proven project management and leadership experience with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality systems, operations processes, and continuous improvement methods.
