Senior Program Manager (Cold Chain)

Location: Sidney, Ohio, USA. Hybrid role requiring attendance in the office at least three days per week, with flexibility to adjust hybrid days based on business needs. Travel required up to 10%.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs from development through launch and transition to ongoing operations.
• Build and maintain integrated plans covering scope, schedules, resources, costs, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate product development, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and support readiness.
• Lead execution reviews, gate preparation, governance, change control, recovery planning, and decision-making.
• Present program health, financial and operational trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Improve program-management standards, reporting, processes, and technology while mentoring project and program management colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• Significant experience independently leading complex cross-functional programs or related product development, engineering, or manufacturing initiatives.
• Strong command of integrated planning, scope and schedule management, risk management, change control, and execution governance.
• Ability to connect delivery decisions with business objectives, financial implications, and operational readiness.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, resolve competing priorities, facilitate decisions, and communicate executive-level recommendations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or another relevant project/program management certification.
• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, compression, controls, or related industrial products.
• Experience with benefits realization, business-case tracking, global initiatives, post-launch reviews, or Cora and comparable portfolio-management platforms.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence to business processes, reporting, analysis, or program-management workflows with appropriate human review and information protection.
