Salary: $186,000 – $287,000 USD

What you will do

• Structure and lead continuous engineering initiatives across multiple teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Drive execution of complex programs, unblocking progress and introducing efficient workflow solutions.
• Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks by maintaining a big-picture view of engineering goals and challenges.
• Provide clear transparency on the status of Federal and security-related initiatives.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Security, Legal, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) to access IL4/IL5 data.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on technical project management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and lead complex cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience working directly with software, test, or system engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for audiences ranging from team members to C-level executives.
• Experience delivering FedRAMP, IL, or other security/compliance initiatives is preferred.
