What you will do

• Support university recruiting strategy for internship and new graduate programs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, closing, and offer negotiation.
• Build strategic sourcing and candidate engagement programs for diverse early-career talent pools.
• Develop relationships with students, universities, faculty, staff, and student organizations.
• Partner with leaders and recruiters across the organization to meet intern and new graduate hiring needs.
• Use recruiting data to generate insights, set goals, and improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring and recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill, competitive roles.
• Experience sourcing both passive and active candidates across Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and market knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and remote teams while adapting to changing priorities.
• Must be located in the Bay Area and able to commute to the San Francisco office three days per week.

Nice to have

• SWE and ML recruiting experience across Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD hiring.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and/or Gem.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
