Care Solutions Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote (US). Must be available for virtual training Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm Central Time

Salary: $19.90 – $22.10 per hour (Total OTE ~$50K range)

What you will do

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (typically 80+ per day) with potential clients and their families.
• Listen to client needs and match them to the most appropriate in-home care solutions.
• Communicate services clearly, secure commitments, and schedule follow-up consultations.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.
• Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track activity and maintain consistent follow-up.

Requirements

• 2+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience (inbound and/or outbound).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
• Ability to work a set schedule including every fourth weekend and evening availability.
• Must be available for mandatory virtual training (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm Central Time).
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in a remote, virtual team environment.
