Salary: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Intake Specialists to ensure exceptional customer service for clients and caregivers.
• Manage team performance through active motivation, consistent communication, and effective feedback.
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure goals are met and compliance guidelines are followed.
• Act as the direct point-of-contact for team inquiries and resolve complex or escalated issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements in systems and workflows.
• Conduct interviews, onboard new employees, and provide continuous training for the team.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supervising a group of employees.
• Proven track record in leading, mentoring, and developing staff.
• Proficiency in performance management and meeting case management metrics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the West Hartford, CT office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience working within a homecare agency, hospital, or healthcare environment.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more employees.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
