What you will do

• Lead the full CAPA lifecycle from detection and investigation to root cause analysis and verification.
• Serve as the SME for inspection methods, metrology, calibration, and test systems on the production floor.
• Perform first article inspections and partner with Engineering/R&D for New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Conduct internal audits and ensure documentation traceability within the QMS.
• Mentor and train cross-functional operators on quality standards and issue resolution.
• Execute complex dimensional analysis and high-risk product testing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Carrollton, Texas (Onsite).
• 4-6+ years of experience in manufacturing quality roles, preferably in electronics or electro-mechanical fields.
• Proven knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Expertise in precision measurement equipment and interpretation of technical drawings/BoM.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in equipment-dense areas.
