What you will do

  • Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
  • Analyze maintenance downtime trends and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Perform Breakdown Elimination (BDE) and technical analysis to identify failures and implement countermeasures.
  • Manage all repair and maintenance activities within the assigned plant area.
  • Collaborate with management to create and execute maintenance and capital budgets.
  • Ensure new equipment is integrated into the CMMS with correct specifications, warranties, and spare parts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 7+ years of experience in manufacturing.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in statistical data analysis and lean manufacturing principles.
  • CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) certificate.
  • High proficiency in Excel and intermediate computer skills.
  • Must be based in Quincy, WA.
