Salary: $189,600 - $237,000 USD

What you will do

• Own annual planning, strategy, and budget for all Gen AI and Research events.
• Establish event activities aligned with sales goals and deal acceleration, prioritizing GTM leadership and business development needs.
• Manage a team of field marketing and event managers in a player-coach capacity.
• Lead the execution of hirify.global AI Base Camp and the annual AI Leadership Summit, including venue, logistics, and agenda.
• Track event campaign performance and ROI through Salesforce to implement course corrections.
• Interface with external executives and government officials to secure speakers and coordinate presentations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in field and event marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and executing events ranging from 30 to 5,000+ attendees.
• Experience with marketing and sales CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Outreach.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to execute in-person events.
• Strong project management skills and ability to interface with high-level executives.
