What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision and execution of the flagship customer conference and annual company kickoff.
• Define and manage the global events strategy, including third-party sponsorships, activations, and executive roundtables.
• Build, lead, and mentor a global events team while setting high standards for craft and hospitality.
• Manage multi-market event budgets (seven figures+) with strict ROI accountability and reporting to executive leadership.
• Select and manage agencies, production partners, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Integrate events into the broader marketing and sales motion to maximize brand lift and pipeline impact.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in events, experiential, or field marketing, including owning large-scale conferences.
• 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven success managing large, multi-market event budgets (seven figures+) with clear ROI accountability.
• Deep experience in agency management, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
• Exceptional project management skills and a high bar for detail and hospitality.
• Must be based in New York City and willing to travel globally for live events.
