What you will do

• Develop and execute a field marketing strategy covering conferences, trade shows, panels, roundtables, VIP experiences, dinners, partner events, and product launches.
• Build a complementary virtual event program, including webinars and virtual activations.
• Manage vendors, budgets, attendee operations, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Implement lead capture and post-event follow-up processes to maximize pipeline and event ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and senior stakeholders on major initiatives.
• Report on individual event performance and the broader field marketing roadmap while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, institutional finance, fintech, or AI.
• Proven experience planning and executing both in-person and virtual events that drive pipeline and brand awareness.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to ambiguity.
• Ability to respond quickly to executive event opportunities while also planning and delivering company-hosted events end-to-end.
• Curiosity about AI, technology, and finance, combined with autonomy, collaboration, and strong ownership.
