What you will do

• Define conversational, agentic, and visual interaction patterns for the hirify.global Assistant, including reasoning visibility and action controls.
• Author and maintain a scalable pattern library to be adopted by product teams across the entire portfolio.
• Establish and track quality signals to ensure AI interactions are trustworthy and meet high craft standards.
• Mentor platform designers and coach product designers across the company on shipping AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in Product, Engineering, and AI Research to shape portfolio-wide AI decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of shipping generative AI experiences to production with measurable impact.
• Expertise in human-centered design and creating systems-level patterns for other teams to adopt.
• Fluency in Figma and proficiency with adjacent prototyping tools.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring designers and elevating organizational design skills.
• Must include both a resume and a password-protected portfolio when applying.

Nice to have

• Experience designing multi-agent workflows or tool-use orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI experience quality evaluation frameworks (e.g., Minimum Trustworthiness).
• Experience working within organizational AI governance and ethical AI principles.
• External thought leadership in AI design through talks, writing, or open-source contributions.
