Salary: $165,000 – $185,000 + 10% bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for Consumer Experience across web, AI-enabled channels, and advisor workflows.
• Translate emotionally complex senior care decisions into intuitive, trustworthy workflows for families.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to define problem framing and success criteria.
• Utilize research, analytics, and user data to guide evidence-based design decisions.
• Scale and extend shared design patterns to ensure coherence across all consumer touchpoints.
• Experiment with AI tools (Figma Agents, Claude, etc.) to increase design leverage and prototype faster.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in complex consumer web, marketplaces, or healthcare.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to move from ambiguous problem framing to shipped products.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and UX writing.
• Must be based in the US (E-Verify required).
• Hands-on experimentation with AI tools in the design process.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating flows, prototypes, and specs.
