What you will do

• Develop and execute account plans for issuer clients to drive growth through upselling and cross-selling of Value Added Services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business priorities and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Support sales motions across various functions, including Specialist Sellers, Sales Engineers, and Client Success Managers.
• Analyze client performance and business trends to support strategic decision-making and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage the sales pipeline and develop executive-level presentations and business reviews.
• Maintain rigorous CRM data hygiene and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, sales, consulting, banking, or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of banking operations, card issuing businesses, and payment ecosystems.
• Ability to lead, negotiate, and close complex competitive sales efforts.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
