TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts (Cybersecurity): Driving incremental revenue and retention within existing enterprise accounts through usage adoption, product expansion, and renewals with an accent on cross-sell and up-sell motions. Focus on building relationships with CXO-level decision makers, executing comprehensive account business plans, and managing renewal forecasts.

Location: Must be based in the Sao Paulo metro area, Brazil

What you will do

  • Grow and retain existing accounts via cross-sell and up-sell motions, prospecting new products and use cases.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans mapping solution benefits to customer requirements.
  • Own the renewal forecast, negotiation, and closing process by resolving renewal barriers.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Channel partners for seamless customer hand-offs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer activity, opportunity value, and sales stages within CRM.
  • Interact and negotiate with executive-level customer decision makers, including CXO levels.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Sao Paulo metro area.
  • Expert-level experience in selling security software solutions and knowledge of the sales lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to use consultative effectiveness to establish trust with internal and external customers.
  • Deep industry knowledge and experience with executive-level customer engagement and negotiation.
  • Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline business workflows.

Nice to have

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
