What you will do
- Grow and retain existing accounts via cross-sell and up-sell motions, prospecting new products and use cases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans mapping solution benefits to customer requirements.
- Own the renewal forecast, negotiation, and closing process by resolving renewal barriers.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Channel partners for seamless customer hand-offs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer activity, opportunity value, and sales stages within CRM.
- Interact and negotiate with executive-level customer decision makers, including CXO levels.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Sao Paulo metro area.
- Expert-level experience in selling security software solutions and knowledge of the sales lifecycle.
- Proven ability to use consultative effectiveness to establish trust with internal and external customers.
- Deep industry knowledge and experience with executive-level customer engagement and negotiation.
- Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline business workflows.

- BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
