What you will do

• Enable market entry and operations outside the US in support of the Global Public Sector team.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including Sovereign AI deals, MSAs, and bespoke software development agreements.
• Manage complex public tenders as a prime, subcontractor, or consortium partner.
• Provide counsel on privacy and emerging AI regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement policies and processes to mitigate legal and business risks.
• Partner across functions and geographies to deliver solutions that move the business forward.

Requirements

• UK, common law, or EU legal qualification with substantial experience in English law.
• 7+ years PQE in the technology sector across law firms, in-house, or government.
• Extensive experience negotiating complex SaaS and bespoke software development agreements.
• Proven experience with government engagements and public procurement processes.
• Strong commercial and IP legal skills combined with business and technical acumen.
• Familiarity with EU law.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-specific legal issues and emerging regulatory requirements.
• Privacy counseling and regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience working with GCC-based governments and enterprises.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
